Injured by a defective product? The manufacturer may be responsible.
Claims for injuries caused by dangerous products, defective vehicles and parts, tools, appliances, and more in California, Texas, and Florida.
Three kinds of defects
- Design defect: the product is dangerous as designed.
- Manufacturing defect: something went wrong when this unit was made.
- Warning defect: the product lacked adequate instructions or warnings.
Manufacturers and sellers can be held responsible for injuries caused by defective products in California, Texas, and Florida, often without proving carelessness.
Keep the product
Do not throw away, repair, or return the product. Keep it, the packaging, the receipt, and the manual. The product itself is often the most important evidence.
Common questions
Is there a deadline?
Yes. Injury claims generally must be filed within two years, and some states also limit claims based on the product’s age. Call early.
The product was recalled. Does that help?
A recall can be strong evidence of a defect. You may still need to show the defect caused your injury.
What does it cost?
No attorney’s fee unless we recover money for you.
